My Qualifications
My clients expect professional and contemporary personnel development. To deliver that, I believe that means that I must be committed to a path of lifelong learning.
The foundation of my qualification is a degree in Business Administration at Baden-Wuerttemberg University. I undertook coaching training seminars there with Dr. Migge, as well as studying to be a behavioral and communication trainer at the Artop Institut at the Humboldt University in Berlin. To ensure that I am always delivering fresh and relevant training topics, I undertake many personal and professional development seminars every year.

About Me
Practice
10 years of practical experience as a sales executive at very dynamic commercial enterprises, as well as many years as a consultant, trainer and coach in various industries.
Theory
My business administration study as well as numerous training programs and further education in the areas of training and coaching help me to combine theory and practice in an optimal way.
Private Life
The most important things in life are my family and friends. I draw energy from traveling and nature. This helps me to challenge myself, to broaden my horizons, and to develop myself further.
My Approach
In my role as a consultant, trainer, and coach I see myself as a partner – at “eye level.” It is not my aim to provide the solutions to all your problems, but rather to ask the right questions and to help you to find your own way and build your own constructive solutions.
I do everything I can to encourage people and businesses to re-prioritize, so they can leave the beaten path to achieve new and better results together.
I employ an efficient, pragmatic, unconventional method that is always accompanied by a pinch of humor, I do not shy away from calling out uncomfortable things. Trusting interaction and mutual respect are top priorities for me.
My Professional Development
Since July 2011, I follow my inner voice and do what I do best. I train and coach executives, teams, and salespeople in companies in various industries throughout Germany. I am always committed to continually develop myself alongside my customers.
Since July 2011 , I have worked with various management consultancies and partners in Germany-wide projects. I am especially motivated by the complexity of large projects, as well as the mutual exchange and opportunity to learn from others.
January 2007 - June 2011 I was initially stationed in Munich and later in Berlin as Sales Manager for the executive, as well as management of several sales districts in the food retail sector. In addition, I served as an internal trainer for the training of branch employees and executives.
October 2004 - December 2007 At the age of 21, I became a department manager within a wholesale market. I remember well those incredulous looks that seemed to say "What, this young thing? She’s still so green!" What followed was a time of countless power struggles, sleepless nights, and wonderful success stories.
September 2001 - September 2004 I graduated with a diploma in Business Administration from the Baden-Wuerttemberg University as well as a semester abroad at the Hogeschool Zeeland in the Netherlands.
